Martin Harband's practice specialties are business, estate planning, and real estate law.  Born in San Francisco, he received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the School of Business Administration (B.S. 1964) and his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law (J.D. 1967), both at the University of California at Berkeley.  Following military service in Vietnam (CPT U.S. Army), Martin served for five years as a public prosecutor in trial and appellate litigation. His current practice areas include transactional real estate, construction law, estate planning and estate administration.  Civic activities include eight-years service as a Planning Commissioner for the City of San Mateo.  Affiliations include Rotary Club of San Mateo (Senior active), Hillsborough Schools Foundation, and Mid-Peninsula Boys and Girls Club (Director/Trustee).
