Martin Harband's practice specialties are business, estate planning, and real estate law. Born in San Francisco, he received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the School of Business Administration (B.S. 1964) and his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law (J.D. 1967), both at the University of California at Berkeley. Following military service in Vietnam (CPT U.S. Army), Martin served for five years as a public prosecutor in trial and appellate litigation.
